Passed away peacefully on September 8, 2015 surrounded by loving family, after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Warwick. Dearly loved mother and mother in law to Louise, Rose (dec), Helen and Greg. Much loved Nana of Rory. Loved sister of Bernie, Russell (dec), John (dec) and sister in law of Ruth. Patricia will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends, here and in Tumut.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia’s funeral service to be held at the Family Chapel Wollongong Crematorium, Berkeley Road Unanderra on Friday at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimers Australia Research would be appreciated.
