Passed away peacefully on February 25, 2014. Beloved husband of Norma for 63 years. Dearly loved father and father in law of Debbie and Phil. Much loved Pa of Chris and Lisa, Andrew and Laura, David and Greer and Great Pa of Lilly. Loved brother in law of Frank and Wendy and uncle of Rob and Glenda and their children Alana, Jake. Cecil will be sadly missed by his loving family.
