Passed away peacefully April 30th, 2014. Beloved wife of Anthony Sandow and Christopher Mann (both dec). Dearly loved mother of John, Kate, Rosemary and their families. Much loved Nanna of her grandchildren Sarah, Michael, Eleanor, Louis, Wednesday. Loved sister of James (dec), Geoffrey (dec). Hazel will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Hazel’s funeral service to be held at St Michaels Cathedral, Market Street Wollongong on Tuesday at 11:30am.
