Lance died peacefully after a long illness on 4/9/2014. He was very much loved by his wife Jo, sister Lee, daughter Rachel and grandchildren Ryan and Mikayla. He was loved and respected by his family and friends, and will be desperately missed.
Çést la vie say the old folks, you never can tell.
At Lance’s request a private funeral has been held.
Lance’s family would like to thank Dr Barclay and his team as well as the nursing staff and volunteers of Port Kembla Hospital’s palliative care ward for their unrelenting compassion, kindness and care during the final weeks of Lance’s illness.
