Taken from us suddenly in hospital with Peter and Helen by his side on October 9, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Michalina. Dearly loved father and father in law of Ludwik and Erika, Peter and Mary, Helen. Much loved Dido of Andrew, Mykel and Shahna, Leanna. Dmytro will be sadly missed by his loving family and dear friends here and in Ukraine and France.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dmytro’s funeral service to be held at St Volodymyr Ukrainian Catholic Church, 56 Kenny Street Wollongong on Tuesday at 11am. Following the service his funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, Kanahooka Road, Dapto.
